Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe and for what happens through your account. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.
Question packs are purchased as digital content at the price shown at checkout, including VAT. The content is made available immediately after purchase. By completing a purchase you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal thereby ends. Your statutory rights regarding faulty digital content are not affected.
You own the categories and questions you create. You are responsible for your content and may not add material that is unlawful or infringes the rights of others. We may remove content that violates these terms.
You may not misuse the service – for example by disrupting its operation, attempting to gain unauthorised access, or using it for unlawful purposes.
The service is provided as is, without warranties of availability or freedom from errors. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damage arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
We process personal data (for example your email address when you create an account) to provide the service, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You can contact us at any time to access or delete your data.
The service is provided without any commitment to its continued operation. We may modify, suspend or permanently discontinue the service, in whole or in part, at any time. In the event of permanent discontinuation, reasonable advance notice will be given in the service. No compensation is payable on account of the service ceasing, beyond what follows from mandatory law.
We may update these terms, for example when the service changes or the law requires it. Material changes are announced in the service. The latest version always applies and is available on this page.
These terms are governed by Swedish law. As a consumer you may also rely on the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence, and you can turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) or the corresponding dispute-resolution body in your country.
